The Gamma, a Greek style gastronomic restaurant, is the perfect blend of Paros cuisine charm and eternal Greek sunshine.
Our menu pays homage to the history and romance of French cuisine featuring new twists on classics such as Saffron Risotto Croquette, Rotisserie Chicken Crepe and a Gran Marnier soufflé, each are perfectly complimented with refreshing hand-crafted cocktails.
At The Gamma there’s always an occasion to celebrate with a complimentary Laurent Perrier champagne toast every evening at 8pm.

The chef Mikaela Samaras exalts the aromas of Greece with refined, colourful and tasty dishes. Whether in the Gamma restaurant or on the terrace by the pool, our butler Andreas Liaroutsos and his team will do their utmost to ensure that you enjoy a unique moment in this idyllic setting. The restaurant of the Hesme Hotel takes you on a culinary journey in a warm and authentic atmosphere.

Since 2010, Mikaela Samaras has remained faithful to her ambition: to illustrate and make people discover the flavours and aromas of the Mediterranean. Patiently, she has drawn from her Greek roots the generosity and the taste for sharing that have built an authentic and undeniable culinary identity.

Awarded a Michelin star in 2019, the Gamma restaurant has been the benchmark for Greek gastronomy in Paros ever since. The restaurant combines the best of Greek produce with the techniques of French cuisine in its carefully designed dishes. Acclaimed by many celebrities and gourmets from all over the world, Gamma offers an enchanting Mediterranean interlude in the heart of the island.

From Monday to Sunday:

Lunch: 12pm - 3pm (kitchen open until 2.30pm)

Dinner: 7pm - midnight (kitchen open until 11pm)

Breakfast: 8am - 10:30am
