Naoussa

Naoussa, a former fishermen's village, thanks to its seaside location has become the trendy place to be in Paros.

You will find a lot of luxurious and high end shops and a lot of restaurants, especially in the small harbour. There are no specific monuments to see, you can just wander around the streets and admire the architecture.

  • Walk around the Old Port of Naoussa where you can taste delicious traditional dishes based on octopus freshly caught in the sea.

  • The Moraitis Winery is located in Naoussa of Paros, near the beach of Aghioi Anargyroi. It was founded in 1910 and has since been passed from generation to generation of the Moraitis family. You will be able to taste the best Greek wines and pair them with typical dishes, tasty!

  • What to do in Paros for a change from the beaches?

A bit of walking of course! And for that the Paros Park is the ideal place.

It is located at the northern tip of the island, west of Naoussa. This 80-hectare park allows you to walk along the seafront along 3 different marked paths.

It is best to do them in order to see everything. They do not present any particular difficulties and offer a nice view of the coast. You will also pass by the lighthouse of Paros. It takes about 2 hours to walk around it.

After this hike, you can rest on the beautiful beach of Monastiri, which is located right next to the start of the trails. The water is shallow and it is really nice. You can rent sunbeds and there is also a restaurant.
